Digital Products (Ebooks)

All sales of digital products, including ebooks, are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered or made available for download.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a book before buying, feel free to contact us at author@annomasta.com.

Upon purchase, you will receive a delivery email from BookFunnel with instructions for downloading or reading your ebook on any device.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your ebook, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Ebooks are delivered via BookFunnel, which provides its own reader support at bookfunnel.com/help. We will do our best to resolve any issues or provide a replacement file.
